Really awful experience with support. The plugin straight up would not trigger at all after setting up, contacted support, they took like a week to respond with the most obvious basic "solution" which still did not work. Long enough to finish the trial period and start charging us!
Nitesh and Lina were prompt in their updates, provided clarity on the requirements/access levels needed, leading to quick work by the Tier-2 Team on resolving the constraints faced. Exceptional support!
This app is absolutely sensational - it's a no-brainer for anyone with a product based business, since it creates zero risk that the customer will be deterred by an upsell offer. The support team are amazing and helped us through everything we needed! Easiest 5 stars I've ever given :)
